What are the delivery options?

Courier Delivery (3 - 5 business days): $5

Next Day Delivery (excluding weekend and Public Holiday): $30

I receive a damaged item. What do I do?

Please reach out to us at +65 8184 2035 or email us at hello@packasmile.sg within 24 hours of receiving your items. Include clear photos or videos of the missing or damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
